At The Posture Lab, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item), we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
